Terms of Use for Offshore Fund Hub
Hey Trailblazer, Welcome to the Offshore Fund Hub: Our Terms of Use
This forum isn’t advice—financial, legal, tax, or otherwise. We’re a platform for sharing ideas and insights, not a guide for your personal decisions. Every trailblazer’s journey is unique, so we strongly encourage you to seek your own professional counsel (like a lawyer, tax advisor, or financial planner) for advice tailored to your needs. What you read or discuss here is for inspiration and education only, not a roadmap for action.
The Offshore Fund Hub, ChainBLX SPC, its officers, and its segregated portfolio (SP) funds bear no responsibility for any actions you take based on what you find here. If something goes wrong—like financial losses or legal issues—we’re not liable. You’re in charge of your own path, and we’re here to support your exploration, not to steer it.
You’re stepping into the Offshore Fund Hub at https://offshore-fund-hub.discourse.group—a global alliance where investors, entrepreneurs, advisors, and enthusiasts like you unite to forge financial sovereignty and master offshore funds through groundbreaking solutions. We’re a bold movement shattering costly, complex barriers, and we’re thrilled to have you join us in shaping the future of offshore funds.
you’ll need to agree to them to keep using the forum with ChainBLX SPC, the company behind this space. ChainBLX SPC might offer other products or services with different terms—this is just for the forum. Let’s break it down so you know what’s up, in our laid-back style, while keeping it clear and fair.

What You’re Signing Up For
These terms are the foundation of our alliance. They include some big-deal stuff that affects your rights, like how we’re not responsible for certain things (see We’re Here to Inspire, Not Advise and Limits on What We’re Responsible For), your promise to cover ChainBLX SPC if your actions cause trouble (in Your Responsibility), and how we’ll handle disagreements through arbitration (in Handling Disputes). By joining, you’re agreeing to play by these rules as a true trailblazer.
Permission to Join the Movement
We’re stoked to welcome you to the Offshore Fund Hub! ChainBLX SPC gives you permission to use this forum, but only if you agree to these terms. Everyone in our alliance needs to be on the same page to keep this movement bold and groundbreaking.
Conditions for Being Here
To stay part of this trailblazing space, you’ve gotta meet a few simple conditions:
- You need to be at least 13 years old—our alliance is for big dreamers, but not super young ones.
- If ChainBLX SPC reaches out and says you can’t use the forum anymore, you’ll need to step away.
- You’ve gotta use the forum in a way that aligns with our How to Be a Trailblazer and Keeping Discussions Bold and Respectful guidelines below.
How to Be a Trailblazer (Acceptable Use)
We’re all about forging sovereignty and shattering barriers, but let’s keep it constructive and respectful. Here’s how to be a true trailblazer in our alliance:
- Don’t do anything illegal—this is a space for innovation, not trouble.
- Don’t use someone else’s account without their clear permission.
- Don’t buy, sell, or trade usernames or identifiers—we’re not a marketplace for that.
- No spamming with ads, chain letters, or solicitations, and don’t use the forum to collect emails or data for commercial lists.
- Don’t automate access to the forum (like using bots or web crawlers), unless you’re indexing it for a public search engine you run.
- Don’t use the forum to send emails to big groups, newsgroups, or aliases.
- Don’t pretend you’re affiliated with or endorsed by ChainBLX SPC if you’re not.
- Don’t link to images or non-text content from the forum on other websites.
- Don’t remove ownership marks from anything you download from the forum.
- Don’t embed forum content on other sites using iframes.
- Don’t mess with the forum’s security or access restrictions, like trying to bypass them.
- Don’t overload the forum with too many requests or actions that could slow it down.
- Don’t impersonate anyone—that’s not how trailblazers roll.
- Don’t encourage or help anyone break these terms.
Keeping Discussions Bold and Respectful (Content Standards)
We’re here to spark groundbreaking ideas about offshore funds, so let’s keep our discussions bold, respectful, and on point. Here’s what’s not okay:
- Don’t post anything illegal, offensive, or harmful—like harassment, inappropriate stuff, abuse, or hate.
- Don’t share content that violates laws, someone’s intellectual property, their privacy, or any agreements you’ve made.
- Don’t post malicious code, like viruses or spyware, that could harm others.
- Don’t use the forum to hold a spot (like a username or address) without actually contributing.
- Don’t share info you’re not allowed to, like someone else’s confidential or personal details.
- Don’t seek or give legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice—it’s strictly off-limits. Same goes for soliciting investments—we’re a space for ideas, not professional guidance.
Elevating Our Alliance (Discussion Guidelines)
This is our shared innovation hub, a dynamic space to exchange skills, insights, and passions as we shatter barriers together. Treat it with the respect you’d give a vibrant global gathering. These aren’t strict rules—they’re guiding principles to keep our alliance kind, bold, and focused on inspiring discussions.
- Elevate with Every Post: Every contribution counts, no matter how small. Always aim to add something positive—a fresh idea, a thoughtful question, or a new perspective. Not sure if your post moves the conversation forward? Reflect on what you want to share, and come back when you’re ready to add value. Let’s forge something extraordinary together.
- Dive into the Movement: Spend time exploring topics before posting or starting a new thread. This way, you’ll connect with fellow trailblazers who share your passions, building on their ideas to create something even more impactful.
- Care About What We Care About: Topics here—from fund setups to strategies—matter deeply to our alliance, and we want you to treat them with the same passion. Show respect for the ideas and the trailblazers sharing them, even if you don’t see eye to eye.
- Stay Bold, Stay Respectful: Want to challenge an idea? That’s part of being a trailblazer! But focus on the idea, not the person. Avoid insults, personal attacks, reacting to tone instead of content, or arguing just to argue. Instead, share thoughtful insights that push the conversation forward. Let’s inspire each other to think bigger, dig deeper, and shatter barriers together.
By engaging here, you’re helping our alliance grow stronger, more innovative, and more united. Let’s keep this movement alive with discussions that reflect our shared passion for mastering offshore funds!
Keeping Things in Check (Enforcement)
We’re committed to keeping this space groundbreaking and safe. ChainBLX SPC may look into any violations of these terms and take action to the fullest extent allowed. We might even work with authorities if something crosses into illegal territory.
We can change, edit, or remove content on the forum for any reason—like if it doesn’t align with our terms. If you spot something that doesn’t belong (like trolling, solicitations, or harmful posts), let us know right away by flagging it. You’re a key part of this movement, and together, we can keep our alliance thriving!
Your Account Details
To use some features, you’ll need to create an account and log in. Here’s the deal:
- When you sign up, give us a valid email address and keep it updated. You can close your account anytime by emailing KARL@chainblx.com.
- You’re responsible for everything that happens with your account—even if someone else uses it—until you close it or tell us it’s been compromised. If you suspect a security issue, let us know immediately.
- Pick a secure password and keep it secret.
- ChainBLX SPC might restrict, suspend, or close your account if we believe you’ve broken these terms or for other reasons, like handling copyright takedown requests.
Your Content, Your Responsibility
Your posts, account info, and anything you share here belong to you—ChainBLX SPC doesn’t claim ownership of your intellectual property. But by sharing, you give us a special license to copy, publish, and analyze your content so we can make it available to other trailblazers in the forum.
You’re in charge of what you post, and you agree not to imply it’s sponsored or approved by ChainBLX SPC unless it really is. We’re not obligated to store, maintain, or provide copies of your content, and we can change it if needed to follow these terms. When your content is removed (by you or us), our license ends once the last copy is gone from our systems, backups, and caches. If you’ve applied other licenses (like Creative Commons), those might still apply after removal, allowing others to reshare your content. If someone misuses your content against your license terms, we’re not responsible for that or its consequences.
We’re Here to Inspire, Not Advise (Disclaimers)
This forum is a space for free speech, where trailblazers like you share thoughts and ideas. But what people post doesn’t reflect the opinions of ChainBLX SPC, its officers, or its SP funds. We don’t endorse or verify what’s shared—it’s up to you to use your judgment.
The forum might link to or integrate with other platforms or services run by others. We don’t make any promises about those services or their content, and using them might come with different terms. Everything here is provided “as is,” with no guarantees, as far as the law allows.
Limits on What We’re Responsible For
Neither ChainBLX SPC nor its partners will be responsible for any unexpected damages from using the forum that we couldn’t have reasonably foreseen when you agreed to these terms. If something goes wrong, our total responsibility to you for any claims related to the forum or its content is capped at $50, as far as the law allows.
Your Responsibility
You agree to cover ChainBLX SPC if someone makes a legal claim against us because you broke these terms—or if someone using your account did. If a claim comes up that you might need to cover, we’ll both let each other know as soon as possible. If we don’t notify you quickly, you won’t have to cover damages you could’ve avoided with earlier notice. You’ll let us handle the investigation, defense, and settlement of those claims, and you’ll help out if needed. We won’t settle any claim that admits fault for you or puts obligations on you without your okay first.
Your Feedback, Our Innovation
We love hearing your ideas to make the forum even better! Share your feedback with us (see How to Reach Us below). By giving feedback, you’re cool with us using it freely—we don’t have to tell you, get your permission, or pay you to act on it. Just don’t share anything you think is confidential or proprietary, okay?
If We Part Ways (Termination)
You or ChainBLX SPC can end this agreement anytime. If that happens, your permission to use the forum ends too. Some stuff survives our goodbye—like your content rights, your feedback, your responsibility, our disclaimers, limits on what we’re responsible for, and the fine print below.
Handling Disputes
Any disagreements about these terms or your use of the forum will be handled under Cayman Islands law. If we need to seek an injunction (like an urgent court order), we’ll go to state or federal court in Grand Cayman KY 1-1104, and neither of us will argue about the court’s authority, location, or venue.
For everything else (except claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act), we’ll settle disputes through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, following their Commercial Arbitration Rules and Consumer Related Dispute procedures. Arbitration will happen in Grand Cayman KY 1-1104. You’ll handle disputes as an individual—no class actions or group lawsuits, whether you’re the one filing or part of a class. Arbitrators can’t combine your dispute with others without our permission. The arbitration award will cover costs, reasonable attorney fees, and witness expenses, and we can take that award to any court with authority to enforce it.
The Fine Print (General Terms)
If part of these terms can’t be enforced as written but could be tweaked to work, we’ll adjust it just enough to make it valid. If that’s not possible, we’ll remove that part. You can’t pass your agreement with us to someone else, but ChainBLX SPC can pass it to an affiliate, a company that takes control of us, or a buyer of our forum-related assets. Any attempt to pass it otherwise doesn’t count.
Using a right under these terms or waiving a breach doesn’t waive any other rights or breaches. These terms are the full deal between you and ChainBLX SPC about using the forum—they replace any other agreements, written or not.
How to Reach Us
Got questions or need to notify us? Email us at KARL@chainblx.com. We’ll reach out to you using the email you gave for your account, or by posting a message on the forum’s homepage or your account page.
Updates to These Terms
We last updated these terms on April 12, 2025, but we might update them again. We’ll post any changes on the forum. If there’s a big change, we’ll email you (if you’ve given us a valid email) and might also announce it with special messages or alerts on the forum. Once you’re notified of an update, you’ll need to agree to the new terms to keep using the forum.
