SCC Fund SP, a segregated portfolio under ChainBLX SPC (CIMA-regulated, Cayman Islands), is building a blockchain-powered trade system to deliver affordable medication and ethically sourced minerals across Africa. Backed by a $61M investment, we aim to serve 50 million patients by 2029, replacing traditional aid with a transparent, high-efficiency model using our SCC-BCF (Blockchain Certification Framework).

We seek long-term supplier partners in the following categories:

1. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Bulk Medicine Supply

Target Drugs & Annual Reference Costs (for 50M patients):

Expectations:

  • Offer pricing at minimum 30% below these listed benchmarks.
  • Demonstrate capacity to serve 10M patients in year one, scaling to 50M.
  • Provide certifications (e.g., WHO PQ, equivalent GMP).

2. Transportation & Freight

  • Volume: 1,000 metric tons annually.
  • Mode Split: 90% sea, 10% air.
  • Pricing Cap:
    • Sea freight: max $0.31/kg
    • Air freight: max $6/kg (for priority batches only)

Requirements:

  • Full-chain temperature control (15–25°C ambient, 2–8°C cold chain)
  • IoT tracking for location and temperature
  • Blockchain-logged delivery events (Hedera integration)

3. Cold Chain Storage & Warehousing

  • Initial Buildout:
    • 10,000 sq ft refrigerated per site
    • 40,000 sq ft ambient
  • Specs:
    • <55% humidity, 99.9% uptime
    • IoT-linked monitoring systems
    • Real-time alerts and blockchain audit trail (Filecoin/Hedera)

4. Construction & Bonded Warehouses

  • Phase 1 (2026): Build 3 bonded sites (50,000 sq ft each)
  • By 2029: Expand to 10 sites (total 700,000 sq ft)
  • Specs:
    • HVAC, insulated, expandable layout
    • 25% reserved for modular growth
    • Duty-free compliance

5. Support Services

  • Supply mining and packaging equipment (100K tons/year output)
  • Implement blockchain-tracked maintenance
  • Handle disposal of expired/rejected batches
  • Meet all labor and eco-compliance standards

Supplier Requirements

Experience:

  • 3+ years in industry
  • Demonstrated delivery of comparable volumes or infrastructure

Pricing & Efficiency:

  • Minimum 30% discount from listed benchmarks
  • Commitment to 25% operational savings via blockchain workflows

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Verified clean labor history, $2/hr wage minimum
  • CO₂ emissions under 50 tons/site/year
  • No child labor, full traceability
  • 5% of mining revenues redistributed locally via Tron wallets

Technical Integration:

  • Blockchain:
    • Hedera for compliance logs
    • Filecoin for decentralized storage
    • Tron for payments & micro-incentives
  • IT Capabilities:
    • IoT/API ready
    • 10,000 TPS+ throughput
    • 256-bit AES encryption
    • Sandbox API ready by Dec 2025

Local Engagement:

  • 20% of contracts awarded to African suppliers
  • Hire and train 550 local employees by 2029
  • Use 30% local construction materials per site

Responsibilities

  • Timelines:
    • 15-day production cycles
    • 48-hour shipping lead
    • 6-month warehouse completion
  • Reporting: Daily performance and compliance via SCC-BCF dashboard
  • Audits: Quarterly compliance reviews (99% threshold)
  • Blockchain Compliance:
    • Upload activity logs (Hedera)
    • Store batch docs and audits (Filecoin)
    • Transact in SCC Tokens via smart contracts
